Building Inspections
Indoor Air Quality
Omega identifies and isolates the cause of building-related health complaints which are generally greater than 20 percent health complaint rate in commercial office buildings. Residential, small commercial buildings, and institution concerns do not follow the larger building complaint pattern. One person who is immune compromised or ill may be cause for alarm and the eventual request for an investigation.
Mold and Moisture
Omega assesses and recommends cost effective procedures for remediation of mold contaminated building materials and the source and/or cause of water damage.
Thermal Imaging
Omega provides non-destructive testing of architectural structures for moisture intrusion and construction failures/defects.
Green Building Air Testing
LEED and ASHRAE 189.1 are references to energy efficiency in residential and commercial buildings. Upon the conclusion of building construction, prior to occupancy, Omega provides indoor air quality air testing in accordance with the respective program’s requirements.
Environmental Health and Safety Investigations
